Hello Team KWSTL,

It is my goal as team leader to build the best office in St. Louis:   The best agents, the most market share, and a worldclass staff that serves our agents.

This week we have a lot of changes coming up that will move us towards that goal.

Our new Director of First Impressions is starting tomorrow morning.   Her name is Irina Pavlova.   She is originally from Russia. She is smart, enthusiastic and committed to customer service & problem solving   for our agents.   She is coming from a Re/Max office and is familiar with real estate and transaction coordinating.  

Also starting tomorrow, Klaus Bank will move into the position of Broker of Record.   Klaus brings knowledge and a commitment to training and supporting our agents.    His leadership will help us improve & grow the office by providing worldclass service to our agents and keeping us up to date on any MREC changes.   Look forward to Klaus™s broker updates and additional training classes for agents.
